07:30 – The first alarm wakes me up, but I always hit the snooze and give myself that extra 10 minutes.
07:45 – I finally wake up and go to make myself breakfast. I eat the same thing almost every morning: porridge, Chia-seeds, fruits or berries (recently I have used kiwis and strawberries) and a tablespoon of honey- with my English Breakfast tea of course!
08:00 – Eating breakfast and enjoying the silence (I’m often the first person to wake up in the morning for some reason), maybe even reading a book for a while if I feel super productive. I don’t feel like checking my phone until after breakfast, I want to give myself that short moment in the morning to be quiet by myself and not think anything yet.
08:20 – Time for a quick 5 minutes shower to wash my skin and face.
08:25 – This is the first time I check my phone in the morning. I put some music on an answer to a few texts I’ve got. There’s almost always one from Lauren to ask if I’m going to attend the morning class, one from someone who’s asking if anyone wants to get lunch and cute dog pictures from Fraser. I also start getting ready.
08:40 – I’ve done my makeup, hair and picked my clothes. I brush my teeth and get my backpack ready at the same time.
08:45 – I have an alarm to remind me that I should be leaving but I’m always late and doing something in a rush.
08:53 – Every morning at the same time I leave my flat and run to school (I know I won’t be late, but I run the first 20 metres anyway – doesn’t make me sense either!)
09:00 – Communication and Content Marketing lecture where I’m just thinking about what to eat for lunch.
10:00 – Dynamics in Sport, Music and Fashion Marketing lecture where I’m also eating my lunch (Salad I’ve made last night or my favourite Chicken Caesar wrap) and taking notes for the assignment I’m going to work on later.
12:00 – I’m staying in Business School and start working on my Fashion and Music industry marketing analysis.

13:30 – I get hungry again and I usually buy fruit or a bag of crisps. I continue working on my assignment.
15:00 – My friends are asking who’s going out tonight, I can’t because I have an early wake up in the next morning (like every goddamn morning).
15:30 – Going home, changing gym clothes on and heading to the Sport central.
17:00 – Finishing my workout and going back to home. Often when I get home, I realize that I’m starving since the last thing I ate was that pathetic banana at 13:30.
18:00 – Heading to Fraser’s place, because he is making food, but going first to Sainsbury’s and buying some Skittles and Tangfastics because I’m an amazing dinner guest.
18:35 – Eating (food is always so good!) and watching a movie.
21:00 – I realize that it’s super late and I should be home already. I head back home and almost run the whole way because it’s so dark outside.
21:10 – Getting ready for bed and writing a bit of my assignment that I didn’t have to work so much the next day.
22:30 – Good night!
